Responsibility for listings
Listings are created by the respective sellers (private individuals or dealers). The seller is responsible for the content of a listing (see Terms and Conditions, sections 4 and 10). You can report a listing that violates the listing rules via the contact form by selecting «Report listing».
Editorial content
The articles embedded on the home page are provided by the editorial teams of AUTOMOBIL REVUE and REVUE AUTOMOBILE. The respective editorial team is responsible for this content; the articles link to automobilrevue.ch and revueautomobile.ch.
Trademarks and manufacturer logos
The trademarks, names and logos of vehicle manufacturers belong to their respective owners. CARINDEX AG uses them under licence and solely to identify the vehicles on offer; no affiliation with the manufacturers is implied.
Hosting
The platform runs on the infrastructure of Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, in data centres located in Switzerland. Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
